Guest guest Posted April 2, 2002 Report Share Posted April 2, 2002 Artichoke Dip MAKES 3 CUPS 3 to 4 cups cooked artichoke hearts or 2 15-ounce cans artichoke hearts, drained and chopped 1 cup grated parmesan cheese 1 cup mayonnaise Minced onions to taste Preheat the oven to 350°. Combine the artichokes, cheese, and mayonnaise, mixing well. Stir in the onion to taste. Spoon into an 8-inch square baking dish. Bake until bubbly and lightly browned. Serve with assorted crackers.
