Bits of peppers and whole kernel corn make this fool-proof recipe a winner !!!1 cup corn meal1 cup flour3 tablespoons sugar1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder1/2 teaspoon salt5 1/2 tablespoons butter, melted in microwave1 each egg, beaten1 cup milk1/2 cup corn, fresh or frozen kernels1 teaspoon jalapenos, minced1 teaspoon red pepper, mincedCombine dry ingredients in a large bowl and set aside. Combine the wet ingredients and add them to the dry ingredients slowly. Once thoroughly blended, add the corn and peppers.
