Guest guest Posted February 20, 2002 Report Share Posted February 20, 2002 Lemon Pie3 Tbsp. flour1 14-oz. can sweetened condensed milk1/2 cup lemon juiceGrated rind of 1 lemon2 eggs, separated2/3-cup sugar1/2 tsp. vanilla3 Tbsp. butter1 9-inch unbaked pie shellCombine flour, milk, lemon juice, lemon rind, egg yolks, sugar,vanilla and butter together and mix well. In a separate bowl, beat eggwhites until stiff and then add to lemon mixture.
