Guest guest Posted February 15, 2002 Report Share Posted February 15, 2002 Walnut Loaf Source: Natural Lifestyle and Your Health 3 cups brown or wild rice, cooked 1 onion, chopped fine 2 stalks celery, chopped fine 2 slices whole grain bread or 1/2 cup cracker crumbs 1 cup cashews or walnuts 1/2 cup water 2 tsp. parsley, chopped 3 Tbsp. Bragg Liquid Aminos 1 tsp. salt (omit if rice is salted) 1/2 cup chopped walnuts Make bread into crumbs using blender or chopper. Pour into large bowl. Mill cashews fine in blender; add water and blend well. Pour cashew milk into bowl with crumbs and rice. Mix well. Put remaining ingredients into the mixture, combining well. Press into unprepared cake pan, 8 x 8. Bake at 350° F. for 45 minutes. Language is an expression of thought.
