Guest guest Posted January 16, 2002 Report Share Posted January 16, 2002 Faux Tuna Salad Source: How It All Vegan 1 lb firm tofu, frozen then thawed 1 stalk celery, diced 1/4 medium red onion, chopped 1 small carrot, finely chopped 1/2 cup soy mayonaisse 2 Tbsp braggs or soy sauce 1/2 Tbsp lemon juice or vinegar 1/2 - 3/4 tsp kelp powder Squeeze excess moisture out of tofu, then crumble it into small pieces. In a medium bowl, combine the tofu, celery, onion and carrot. Stir in the mayonnaise, braggs, lemon juice and kelp and mix well together.
