A sweet taste of Southeast Asia, combining sweet rice, coconut milk, and mangoes. Serve with hot spiced tea. Best if made with very ripe mangoes. Preparation hint: For a delicate result, slice mangoes as thinly as possible.

Instructions

 

Mix coconut cream with sugar and salt; bring to a boil. Simmer for a few minutes, stirring occasionally. Peel mangoes and slice. Arrange mangoes on individual plates with the rice beside them. Spoon sauce over the rice.
