Former model excited about opening her veggie restaurant

Heather Mills reckons her new vegan restaurant will appeal to meat-eaters too.

 

The former model is planning to launch the V-Bites eatery in Hove, East Sussex,

in July.

 

Heather, 41, has been working hard on the menu to get it just right.

 

'What is definitely going to shock people is the meat replacements,' she tells

Metro. `They have a real meat taste to them.'

 

Heather also plans to build an ice rink outside the diner.
