i look at it this way..

*sits upside in front of the monitor and makes oogie-boogie faces at screen8

no, seriously..

people seem to get all bogged down in vitamin this or that, must have this,

watch out fer that..

eat a balanced mixed diet..simple enough..if you eat pasta or lima beans or

twinkies or mcdeathburgers everyday, it isn't going to be good fer

you..period...

try and vary yer diet, a little of this, a little of that...

there are a zillion options out there fer folks, from all the various grains

to fungus to untold numbers iof greens, vegetables and fruits..and thats not

even the tip of the iceburg(not lettuce)

sometimes i think folks need to stop dang worrying so much and just enjoy and

explore and try new things...

fraggle

my 1 and .3333333 cents (repeating)

You mean how someone with diarhoea (sp) needs sugar and salt to absorb

the water?

Or how absoption of Iron is higher if you have some citrus fruit at the

same time?

Those have been studied. And those are just the ones that I, a

non-nutritionist, remember offhand.
