Actually it is bound to be less than zero vitamins and minerals as that much

sugar a day leaches the body of numerous nutritional elements.

 

This is one of my biggest bugbears. The orthodox nutritionalists, most of

whom I consider to be an absolute joke for the pacity of their knowledge,

never calculate the " negative food impact " of fast foods, animal products

etc.

 

Everything takes something to process it, something more than others. The

body can only work within very fine balances of sodium and potassium, for an

example. We all know the dangers of coffee whacking iron out of out systems.

 

How many article has anyone ever ready about negative food values? Less of

this " sugar has lots of energy " crap ...

 

Yeah, sure but at the cost of what?

 

I am sorry to say it, I am sure that it is no offence to those of you on the

list, but Ahmurika makes me really sad sometimes. Particularly because I

know that what ever you guys get hit with over there, we are going to be hit

with it a couple of years later. I separate Corporate Ahmurika from the

humanitarian dream of America

Perhaps it is a slight evolutionary improvement on nationalism though ...
