Guest guest
> I've swallowed both ... Sorry, are we talking strawberries and cucumber here or did I miss something? Well, top marks to charlie elise for that post! it beat listing to wine tasting programmes on the radio by a long way ... [ even if it has frightened Graham off to start his own serious eco-vegan list. It would be a shame to lose his educated input ]. > Sounds like this needs more investigation - I mean we've got a vegan > B12 study on at the moment, why not one on this? Different vegan > foods - which gives the best taste... I thought Rob's reply dangerously edged towards being tacky - never mind to say sticky as well - but I recommend provamel vanilla dessert and bananas with fresh orange juice and may be a little ginger for that extra zingy aftertaste. It is true that in my wild days, I had some really nice compliments for carnivores too along the lines of, " I don¹t know anything about this vegan diet thing but ... " . Of course, I don¹t get to eat out so much and it is most home cooking for the likes of me now. Seriously though, here are some interesting questions for someone to go and do their homework on : What is the B12 contents of an average, ahem, serving ? But the downer for the guys, how much B12 etc does it use to to make a regular delivery ? Protein content and absorbability would be interesting too. My guess is it is a complete protein source. Doctor John BTW Provamel have starting making a really nice rice drink around the same price as their soya milks.

It would be a shame to lose his educated input ]. Not at all!! It's been talking point of the day! Very very spookily, yesterday I was telling my friend at work about the various vegan , he asked if that very question had ever been raised- nah said I , don't be silly, you're just trying to wind me up again, nobody would ever ask such a question... Lo and behold that very evening... He totally denies having anything to do with it, but was pissing himself when I forwarded him the relevent bits of the (ahem) 'digest'... (urm, that is allowed in this circumstance isn't it??? sorry- some people here will probably get the reference...) Alot of our female collegues seemed to find this a very interesting topic as well for some reason... > > > Sounds like this needs more investigation - I mean we've got a vegan > > B12 study on at the moment, why not one on this?
