I've been cooking a lot lately but still cannot seem to get around a little problem. When I make my vegan pancakes, cookies, or biscuits, oftentimes the middle part is not cooked all the way through. Is this related to the vegan-ness of the mix? Is there some secret ingredient I should add to make things come out better?
