I was a vegetarian for nine years and have been a vegan for three months like yourself! I don't consider myself as strange, just that I adore animals and love being a veg*an for them, as well as the health benefits. I've started losing weight since cutting out dairy and now exercise regularly. It's great! Welcome to the list! Do contribute from time to time (I do now and then). We'd love to hear from you, oh, and anytime you want to share recipes then just let us know. Today I'm cooking stuffed marrow with onions, garlic, mixed peppers, mushrooms and tomatoes, served with roasted peppers in balsamic vinegar. Truly delicious! Bye for now!
