Hello everybody,

Just thought it would be interesting for you to know what some people are saying about vegetarianism and veganism. Check out this site and tell me what you think.

I, personally, got a bit shocked and upset, but since I became a vegan that often happens.

Here's the link:

http://www.panix.com/~paleodiet/Just another thing: are there any vegan mums in this forum?

I would like to know what your experience was when you were pregnant?

I have to look seriously into it as I want to be a mum myself.

My best regards

Well, look, for every way of life you find pros and contras...live and let

live. As for their argument that some people are not suited to a vegetarian

or vegan diet, so be it, perhaps some aren't. Who's to know. One 'expert'

says this, another 'expert' says that. In the end, every one of them just

has theories. Then there's the power of belief...either way, just keep

healthy, and then live as you wish. But give things a try (especially if one

is a meat eater...there's more to life than steak).

Animal abuse is a multi Billion £ industry, they are hardly going to support Veganism! Don't listen to anyone who's not sided with ethics and heath. That means anyone with financial interest, that everyone almost. Don't read things without references! Esp if they date back to the 1900's! Hoping.
