I would like to correct the misimpression that Pesach is right around the corner. Pesach is *not* allowed to approach any corners until after my kids' birthdays (I have *3* that whose birthdays usually fall between Purim and Pesach). However, since you brought the subject up, here's my list of vegan Pesach recipes: Carrot Salad Eggplant Salad Patatas Bravas Potato Fritters Sweet Potato Casserole ===== Broccoli and Lemon Dish Carrot and Apple Kugel Eggplant Casserole Five Spice Fruit Hearty Vegetable Soup Mushrooms Rosemary Potato Paprikash Potato/Kale Casserole Russian Potato and Mushroom Croquettes Seven Vegetable Stew Spanish Vegetable Stew Sweet Potato Kugel Turkish Eggplant Stew Yam Pudding The ones above the line are TNT; the ones below are " use at your own risk " I'd be happy to share them. For the full list of my (mostly non-vegan) Pesach recipes, check the archives of this list: /message/1465 Brandel in Jerusalem /^\/^\/^\/^\/^\/^\/^\/^\/^\/^\/^\/^\/^\/^\/^\/^\/^\/^\/^\/^\/^\/^\/^\/^\ They'll take your soul if you let them Oh yeah, but don't you let them. --Carole King
