Hello, all!

 

My name is Rain, and I just joined, I'm a happily single 59-year-old

Wiccan clergywoman, herbalist

and writer from Louisville, KY, and a passionate cook. I'm owned by two

delightful and impossible cats,

and I love to grow my own food and flowers. (And catnip. They insist. )

 

I grew up in a mostly Jewish neighborhood, so, for a /shiksa/, I'm a

reasonably knowledgeable and

highly enthusiastic fan of Jewish food, Give me some good vegetarian

/kasha varnishkes /and I'm a

happy woman.

 

I don't get in people's faces about their ways of eating or what they

choose to call them. Peace be to

everybody, no exceptions. . .I've had enough of contentious lists. <smile>
