Guest guest Posted February 2, 2004 Report Share Posted February 2, 2004 8oz spaghetti (cooked) 1 pkg Chicken-free Nuggets. 4-5 slices Mozzarella Alternative Vegan Parmesian 1 jar spaghetti sauce Unwrap and slice mozzarella into strips. Bake nuggets according to directions on package. While they are cooking, cook spaghetti according to directions. When nuggets are done, cover with spaghetti sauce. Liberally cover with Parmesian. Arrange mozzarella strips in a criss-cross pattern on top of nuggets and sauce. Replace pan into oven and cook 3-5 mins or until sauce is hot and cheese gets a little melty. Serve over spaghetti.
