Guest guest
Shalom! After keeping kosher for years, I found myself cutting down meat more and more every day. It was not really by thinking about it at first, but a natural instinct, that made us ban animals from our plates, and we are very happy about it. We are vegetarians, but not vegans, but I'll try to offer a vegan variation of a recipe whenever I can Being a vegetarian, keeping kosher is no subject anymore, but we still enjoy some of the traditional Jewish recipes. Coming from Greece, we also like Greek and Middle Eastern food and Sephardic dishes in general, but we are also very fond of Chinese, Thai, Vietnamese, Indian, Italian and Mexican tastes. However, our emphasis is on traditional Jewish recipes and dishes. Please feel free to ask, post ideas or questions or anything that comes to your mind. To start out with, I'll post a few of my family's most favourite dishes. Gabriella
