Guest guest
I've been reading the posts about cheese and addiction etc. I've been vegan for 1 and half years now, I was gradually giving up cheese for about 3 years beforehand, I honestly think the best thing to do is go cold turkey on it, just stop eating it completely, it will be hard for a few weeks but then you just won't miss it, I don't think I could even eat it now, eugh! You'll feel so much better - healthier, fitter, better skin, strong nails etc!! Also, if you can't find vegan food you love (sometimes we all get sick of salads!) you MUST try this restaurant if you're anywhere near the area..... http://www.vegguide.org/vendor/view.html?vendor_id=2983 I have been a few times since (they change the menu each month) and the food is just amazing, (I live in newcastle, which isnt that good for vegans, and it's miles away!)its all completely vegan, they have really nice beer/organic wines, its not too expensive and even my (meat-eating) boyfirend loves going there
