Guest guest
the current animal free shopper can be purchased on-line from www.vegansociety.com or come to the vegan festival on 29th september and get one [probably the next edition] from the vegan society stall. the vegan society website includes addresses of local contacts and groups around the country, including karin ridgers from vegan essex [who is also a member of the vegan society governing council] hope everyone enjoyed the vegan essex meeting - i was busy editing the vegan society magazine but karin and i are travelling northwards today to link up with the local contacts coordinator and visit vegan camp. we also plan to be at the national vegan festival, along with most other members of VS council and staff. following a local contacts training day in edinburgh there's a big move among vegans in scotland to get together a bit more up there and also to influence things a bit more at the centre. so there really is no need to feel alone wherever you live. if anyone has difficulty accessing the local contacts list, let me know. if there's no one in your area, think about becoming a contact yourself or at least get in touch and find out what it involves. have a good weekend everyone. vanessa
