Guest guest Posted January 21, 2004 Report Share Posted January 21, 2004 PECAN-OLIVE SANDWICH SPREAD 1 cup firm, water packed tofu, drained and packed into a cup 1/3 cup pecan meal 2/3 cup black olives, finely chopped 1/2 cup celery, finely chopped 1 1/4 tsp. onion powder 1/8 tsp. garlic powder 1/2 tsp. salt 1/2 cup Veganaise (or favorite soy mayonnaise) Mash the tofu. Add the remaining ingredients and mix well. Chill.
