Guest guest Posted January 20, 2004 Report Share Posted January 20, 2004 Avocado Cream Spread 1 - 12.3 oz. box silken firm tofu 1 large ripe avocado 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice 1/2 tsp. salt 1/8 cup honey (or alternative liquid sweetener) 1/8 cup onion, packed into cup 1 small clove garlic Cut avocado in half. Remove seed and scoop out pulp. Blend all ingredients until smooth and creamy. Chill.
