Guest guest
Hi! I'd like to make a bunch of spring rolls and freeze them so I can just cook one whenever I'm hungry. I was wondering if anyone had any recipes for spring rolls to be frozen? Do you cook them totally before freezing, or just wrap'n'freeze and cook right from frozen? I have rice paper wrappers, and I think I am going to use cabbage, carrot, onion, vermicelli, mushrooms, and beansprouts in the spring rolls. I haven't really got any sauce recipes or anything though. Little help anyone? Thanks! -Kayleen
