Yes. But it has very little taste, it's much better in strongly flavored recipes (sloppy joes, chili, etc.). I've never tried it as meat loaf, but I can't see this, I don't think it would work well. Hamburgers: no. For one thing it doesn't stick together, then there's the lack of taste. It's OK for pasta sauce, tacos should be OK: anywhere that has strong flavors, I think. > >2.
