Guest guest Posted May 9, 2010 Report Share Posted May 9, 2010 I thought of 1 more thing I need to be recording for my journal to be step-check ready, the time I go to bed / sleep. Today I found a post-it-note holder for my purse to facilitate real-time recording and also found a summer purse big enough to hold it. I like to keep my regular journal on the table where I eat most of my meals. Today breakfast went in the journal and I was out and about for lunch so have that on a post-it along with how I was feeling. Dinner will be out, too so another post-it.
