Be vigilant and prepared to counter this sort of false and sneaky thinking. No matter how "humanely" the animal is raised, s/he is still slaughtered to become an ingredient in someone's meal. Besides, we in AR know that there is no such thing as humane treatment of animals in an industry that regards sentient beings as commodities. It is all just a show for the public.
