Guest guest
I have been wondering about " angels " for a while (I am a bit skeptical of the New Age literature on the topic, and VERY skeptical of anything that even faintly resembles Christianity), but I have to share something that happened to me a few days ago. I read somewhere that, if you call angels (whatever they are) and ask them to come and surround you and your loved ones, they'll come immediately. A few days ago, I tried calling them during a meditation. I immediately saw colorful lights and geometrical shapes, and felt a sense of joy--which, by itself, doesn't prove anything, right? When I walked out of my meditation room, my husband (who was in the adjacent bedroom) asked me " why were you singing? " Singing? I haven't sung since I was kicked out of the school choir in third grade! Also, I guarantee that there was nobody singing in the street. It was very late at night and there was not a soul in the subdivision; additionally, my med room is closer to the street than the bedroom; if somebody had made any noise in the street, I would have heard it. I don't want to jump to conclusions, but I am still wondering... Has anyone had similar experiences with angels (or whatever they are)? Love and light, Sel PS I just realized that, for some reason, I find it much easier to trust my visions of Hindu Devas than any hint to the existence of Christian-like " angels " ... Must be the result of all those Sunday school classes I had to take as a child! LOL!
Guest guest
Hi Selena- From your tales this isn't the first time you have conjured something that others have noticed themselves, even though before it was not something you intentionally conjured. So maybe this is something about you to consider. But my bigger question, What was the singing like? Guest guest
Hi Bret, My husband claims he heard a woman humming a tune inside my meditation room, and he thought it was me. He could not give me specific information, but at first he didn't believe me when I told him I was not singing. In fact, knowing how reluctant I am to sing, he kept pulling my leg for a while. Sometimes when things like this happen and I can't explain them I question my rationality. I might be becoming too gullible and superstitious after all. Or perhaps there was something there in the room with me. I truly don't know what to think.
