Guest guest
Many thoughts Chris what is ever it is should be organic in origin preferable vegetarian though not necessary as aberrantly smoked meat removes any residual negative influences of blood products. Some say raw vegetable though that would depend on the extra energy used to digest if not chewed thourghouly As you may have noticed I have been experimenting with soda magnesium valerian and walk milk processed food would be out as they nutrition for quantity 2 meals a day rather than 3 though would depend on the chosen path as if much physical effort is needed or not even better one meal as well as honey for glucose. grass juice has many of the appropriate nutrients as one would need it is well good enough to grow a lot of large animals one should have appropriate sun light as well uncontaminated water early morning sugaring if appropriate I believe would be great, fresh air mountain prana would be fantastic. I haven't used it as yet though I believe hilarity would be good amoroli or the water of life is fine many have survived trapped at sea or under ground whilst they have watched others die of thirst and hunger as well as the many claims for its nutrients and it properties to awaken the different elementals. I would say ginger would be good within moderation, moderate quantitise of vitamin co from natural sources I have came lately to understand that aloe eaten is good for the lungs as well as mint. and that mint may be rubbed into the body for pains caused by the key as well as eucalyptus oil. the ideal is once its flowing is to keep it flowing by keeping the appropriate fires up to it as in many cases myself it has risen platitude and fallen. glutenous over eating excessive repititios work to much manual labour effects the balance same as staying up late nights and sleeping late mornings. as well as over sleep and to much sleep Most of us are outside the jurisdiction of nature as we live in this created modern world that makes nature seem an opposing theme. We accept the easy way and consistently loose time. the foods are poisoned the TV is 24 hrs a day of rubbish and brain washing and the air is full of smoke and chemicals. Maybe all of it is modern living is a design from a high, to alter thought processes toward community spirit toward synthesis out of friction. Though it is not significant to treat all people of the world as equal. Between the lines there are the haves and the have nots as well as the ones that inscuplious live on a high set material existence denigning others the basic rights by misusing there power as they have gone beyond the need of material wealth. Basicaly as buddha says everthing, " in moderation " . Depending on the needs of the individule. There are a lot of souls on earth we are becoming over populated to the point to the need of reducing the birth rate there is a great need that the kundalini be understood to be the reason for lifes physical exsistance and that love-wisdom is the gateway to a homeogenios world. The sooner, in stead of comercial inuduced governments we have k awakened polititions the better.May the prophesy of the 144000 come to its realisation and fullfillment. Guest guest
Hi all, I was a " philosophical " vegetarian for many years. Which means I made a decision not to eat meat due to ethical and environmental reasons. When the kundalini zapped me, I wanted meat! So I ate it. A couple of years have gone by and the thought of eating meat turns my stomach. Its more of a visceral response rather than a mental one. I now eat whatever I want. I call it intuitive eating. Whatever my body craves, I ask is this a physical desire, or an emotional desire? I'm tuning into what really nourishes me from the inside out, not from the outside in. I think it's about really getting in touch with the needs and desires of the body and listening very carefully to that still small voice. Enjoying some yummy taboulli as I type... I hope you all are okay with my responses to previous posts. It takes me awhile to respond at times. New years blissing blessings, Tara
