Does it balance the Ida and the Pingala?

Chris,

Your posting on wounds is both interesting and timely. I recently

noticed that all of my hatha yoga injuries (pulled hamstring,

strained low back, etc.) are fairly close to my tailbone on the right

side of my body--which is also more energy-active during meditation.

I'll try this technique. I assume it balances the Ida and the

Pingala, right?

your Kundalini has activated at least one spinal sweep and pain or a

sensation of pressure at the base of the spine is being felt, this

can be an indication of an energetic blockage. If you have this

feeling within, in the present and there is no attendant fresh

injury you might consider

this:

Try and access any emotions associated

with this area and forgive and or release the attachment. This is

important as the body remembers. From a manual releasing point of

view, lie down on the side where you feel most kundalini activity or

flat on your back. With the insoles of your feet rub them together at

a brisk and constant motion up and down or side to side or both. This

will cause an artificial K stimulation and the energy will begin

flowing slowly at first then speeding up. As it flows thru the area

in question, a feeling of a widening of the inside of the spine will

occur, often with an accompanying " Crack! " of the inner spine

widening out. No pain but sometimes surprising in its intensity.

Choose a side of the body to lie upon, and with fingers in the

Kundalini Mudra near your face -comfortably - palms touching , eyes

looking up at the brow of points continue rubbing insoles together.

bring your spine into its natural " S " curve, the energy will guide

you by flowing when the spine is in the right position or not if it

isn't. As the energy becomes unblocked it will flow upward with the

tide of the Kundalini. Bliss will be felt or an orgasmic response

when the energy reaches the top of the head or the 7th. -blessings -

No this is a direct Kundalini excitation and flow. use of the Kundalini as a

sweep for stuck energy. Or if its the Kundalini that is blocked sweeping upward

after realeasing the emotional attachment. - chrism
