Guest guest Posted November 3, 2005 Report Share Posted November 3, 2005 The pressure one can feel at the temples and spreading up and out, or as Barbara puts it, wearing a bowl over your head is an indication of the energy of Kundalini being expressed upward and outward as a halo. The beginning of the individuals intentional divine expression upon the physical plane. Especially in the case of those who seek this state of being out and work with it every day. You are the intended. The people who " choose " to work with the Kundalini and all its sudden changes and delights and terrible truths. We walk with the light of our halos to shine our way leaving luminous sign posts that others may follow, as we follow the signs left by those who have gone ahead of us. Luminous footprints. For those who have had this sprung upon them as if it were not part of the plan they set in motion before coming into this body, I offer you credit for facing an incredible and huge and terrifying unknown. I offer you unity and hope as you begin to realize that you are not alone and indeed are joined by many as we travel the paths lighted by the Krishna's and Buddhas and Christs. Illuminated by the Marys and the Quan Yin's and the Saint Teresa of Avila's. You walk with greatness. These men and women a few among many who have risked and sought and lived and live for the divine union. No easy task and yet the only one that truly exists, as all others are meanderings of ignorance, competition, sorrows and stumblings in the darkness of embedded physicality. Necessary perhaps, but now you begin the way out of separateness and duality. Unity and oneness will reach out for you as you experience the magnetism of enlightenment. I've always worked with the white light and have seen it with my third eye streaming out through the crown chakra with the crown chakra opening up like the purest white lotus flower described in kundalini experiences. I've also had it steaming down and surrounding and felt it as the Christed energy. The gold is a fairly newer experience and started two years ago when I started doing Kundalini Yoga as taught by Yogi Bahjan. Just recently with my awakening I see through my third eye a band of gold encircling my head at the third eye level - the forhead - not the top of the head. The band is a circle around my head and protruding from this band are lenghts of gold in the horizontal position. Please exuse me as I have trouble describing it....really need to draw it..it's easier Can you understand that even though I know it's in the astral or some such place...it actually has the appearance of being solid...a solid gold structure. If you were to draw it it would be how we draw the circle of the sun with the rays of the suns light shooting out from it. Except it's around my head so the rays of light are shooting straight out of my head...outwards, not upwards. The solid 'rays' are spaced about 2cm apart (approx 1 inch) and are uniform in length with every second one a little shorter...like it's up, down, up, down, etc The longer one would be about 7.5 cm (3 inches) followed by a shorter one of 5.5 cm (2 1/4 inches) Then the longer one again and so on. This is how clear I can see it....it appears so solid, so real that I can measure it easily. Obviously it has a spiritual meaning...but I don't understand why it is in gold and not the white light as I always relate this to spirituality.
