Guest guest Posted November 4, 2005 Report Share Posted November 4, 2005 I feel great! My family and I started practicing together last Tuesday, and we have also been enjoying the cd, what a gift. Thank you Chris for everything. My back is my thermometer, I start my meditation and breathing to my chakras, and my back starts hurting from the first chakra to the middle back. If your able to look up it will draw the energy higher, but Luis now that it is started in you Slow down. Let the body get used to the stepped up energy. Be comfortable with the energetic reach where it is for the moment and allow it to raise as the energy chooses to do so. Remember Kundalini is an intelligent energy.
