Indegestion, sore lower back, sometimes the sleep cycle is disturbed until balance has been acheived. Remember go slow and gradual. Headaches and expanding kidneys, are helped with copious amounts of watermelon or just plain water. These developments should prove to you that this is a real thing not another fanciful seminar experience but the real deal.
