Guest guest
Funny you would mention chunks of meat, because that's exactly what I've been crazy like crazy! I normally only eat small bits of meat with my evening meals, and I am finding that I want it at lunch, and at dinner, and if I only have the meat I'm just fine with that. I've been trying to force myself to keep to the healthier diet I had before this started. I'm also not supposed to eat eggs....but guess what I'm having in the mornings. As far as the topic of love goes, I had been feeling very pressed to learn about unconditional love. Actually, that's a longer story, but let's just stick with the short version of intuiting that I needed to learn about it. I ended up discovering Greg Baer's book Real Love......and then ended up ordering the dvd of his seminar from his website. I know that some others have begun to work towards a similar message.....Byron Katie for one, and even some psychologists like Harville Hendrix....but I found Baer's explanations easier to assimilate and learn to actively Use in my life. We're talking about changes that my husband and I are trying to make within the last two weeks after watching Baers dvd. It really felt to me to be a life-and-death kind of thing ......to learn about it.....hmmmmm, I not have way with words this morning! Ha!.......It felt Really Important to learn about this! I am definately struggling with fear and anxiety right now with this, and yesterday morning (I'm on Christianne Northrup's newsletter list) I found out about a brand new book that talks about how to instantly connect you to your inner self/soul and ease whatever negative emotion that you're feeling. The psychiatrist who created it is calling the method "bridging". It's actually got alot of parts to it, but if I pare it down to its most simplest form, when you are feeling anxiety/fear, you are supposed to bring your attention and focus back onto what your senses are telling you.....how does the steering wheel feel under your hand if you are driving? Notice the background noises, how does it feel to stand, sit, run or whatever it is you are doing? What colors do you see? It really affectively brings you back into the now, and I'm working on trying to customize it for me today. Do you have suggestions on things I might read about the K process? Are there any good books on it? ReneeKundaliniAwakeningSystems1 wrote:
Guest guest
Hello Renee, Good. Keep eating the meats and whatever else the body is craving. Kundalini needs this to complete the physical process. Unconditional love or UL as I'll mention it, is what the Kundalini is telling you. This is how it communicates. Feelings and intuitions. UL is one of the "sacred combinations" a part of the "compression teachings" that I use in the seminars. These are the qualities you and your husband will want to consider: 1 - Forgiveness 2 - Gratitude 3 - Recapitulations 4 - Devotion 5 - Surrender 6 - Right actions 7 - Spirituality These qualities are what I teach my private students. I'm adamant that they learn and practice this as it allows the K to not only activate and re-wire the body but to emerge into a very powerful and profound awakened state where literally nothing is impossible for them. Forgiving is the first key to the UL. Your mate, child, sibling, parents, extended family, friends , bosses, co-workers, perfect strangers, other drivers, etc. Actively forgive them over and over and over until it becomes routine.Daily. Do not waver from this activity, put notes up to remind your self. Its not easy or instantaneous, if someone is teaching instant changes walk the other way. It takes determination and work and perseverance. For you....Renee.... if it isn't done the K can reward you with pain. Oh yes feel the ANGER! Then forgive. The Anger sessions will begin to fade. You are Kundalini active now. Things are different for you and your family as they are getting your energy mega-wattage 24-7. So everyone needs to practice this first quality. As far as books go. Greg Braden had a good one on UL. The Kundalini book of living and dying, by Kumar and Kumar - Larsen is also good, The Last chapters of stalking the wild pendulum by Yitzak Bentov, is descriptive. Kundalini and the chakras by Genevieve Paulson is good. My handbook is good. You received some of it yesterday Renee. For the K process If you can attend a seminar , do it. You and your husband. You will need a flow treatment and he will get activated and both of you will receive tools and a practice for better understanding and evolution into whats happening. I caution you about taking advice from people who are not K active. They do not have a clue about this energy. The word Kundalini is bandied about like strawberries on ice cream, new age folks pretending to know anything about it because a friend was a devotee of Swami Mukity Muk. No disrespect to legitimate Swami's. But they are hard to find and enveloped in their own traditions that are typically riddled with judgments against women or people from other spiritual systems. Not always but in many cases. Look in the index of a book before you begin to take it seriously. Does it even mention the Kundalini? No? Put it down. Folks who have not had this come into their own lives have NO business teaching those who are having it occur. My activation/awakening was very harrowing and there was no help . Did alot of damage. Fortunately for me this has been very happily resolved but not without scars. Others were not so fortunate. Hope you and yours can motivate this first and very important lesson - Forgive - chrism Renee Dotson <reneedots wrote: Funny you would mention chunks of meat, because that's exactly what I've been crazy like crazy! Guest guest
Hello all, I would like to welcome Benburma to the list. If its comfortable for you to do so, tell us about yourself Kundalini wise. Be welcome regardless. - chrism
