Hi

Hi all,

My name is Sabine. I do the program since October

2005.

I've been a vegetarian all my life but introduced

meat and fish to

recover from my eating disorder. It works, but I

don't feel comfortable

with it,neither physically nor emotionally.

I'm glad that this group started and look forward

to learn a lot .

Yours Sabine

Hi Sabine,

I am new to RR also and am on step 1 and in the breakfast group also.

I ate very little if any meat, cheese, eggs prior to RR and am eating

some of it now and feeling stable as opposed to sugar fog.

However I do not feel emotional, physically or ethically sound eating

meat and would love to explore more vegetarian options. I will go

between this group and the breakfast group because I need the

beginner's group also.

Thanks and nice to meet you all,

Barbara

Hey, is that Ca for California you live in or Ca for Canada??? :) I always get

mixed up. I'm in SW Ontario, Canada, with my dh and our lovely beagle and her

cat.

Lovely to have you here. Let's hear from you lots, okay?

Best, Pat (Co-owner with Piers and Marie)
