I myself do not do cooked or dairy, but since I love salsa, and am very creative with food, I am going to figure out a way to make this raw and without cheese!!! Without cheese would suit me too (no, dear members, not a vegan yet but my bod has trouble with cheese) so I'd be really interested in any recipe you might come up with! You'll post it, huh?
