Good for you ;=) Some people, though, have kids and family that expect -

even demand - tradition, and if they're newly veggie then it's one more thing

that makes it difficult if you don't try to be a little bit trad. Or so I'm told

;=) But

you say your mom is vegan, so . . . No real probs, right?
