I know I've had it, but I cannot find the receipe for it. Emeril's has a couple of different tomatillo salsas, but they don't contain avocado. Anyone out there have this or have made it? Yes ;=) But I think our member was hoping that someone would be able to recommend a recipe that they had tried and enjoyed ;=) If anyone has one, I too would be interested. I could google - for all my recipes - but it's not as reliable or as nice as sharing, so if you have one there'd be two people grateful. To spice mine up I add a few dried red jalapeno peppers, lime juice, onion, with the same ingredients you listed and a tablespoon or more of tomato sauce. Thanks to all who helped... I'm missing serranos and I need to get more garlic, but all in all, I think I've go'it!
