Welcome to the group, ruth and russell, congratulations on your recent

marriage and belated best wishes on your birthdays ;=)

 

It's nice to see two vegans together - I always read complaints about how

difficult it is to find someone of similar habits and values - but I digress!

 

There are lots of good spicy dishes/recipes here of the kind you like, so

please look intothe Files on our webpage. Also you will want to check the

Links and the Polls. We look forward to exchanging recipes with you.
