1. What is your name or what may we call you? Ruthie and Russell (we are

two married vegans whose names both begin with RU)

 

2. How long have you been a vegetarian, or how long have you been

interested in vegetarian cookery? Ruthie has been vegetarian since 8th grd,

8 yrs! Russell has been vegetarian since 10th grd, or 6 yrs. But Russell has

been vegan longer. :-D

 

3. What country are you in now? USA

 

4. What city, town or region? We live in South Hill Country of TX, I.E. San

Antonio.

 

5. What age are you (just roughly, very roughly!)? 21 and 21 for today,

tomorrow we will be 21 and 22 and Friday we were 20 and 21. Figure that out!

6. Why did you join this group (apart from receiving an invitation! *lol*)?

Because you sent me an invitation. Sorry, no other reason. We love

discoursing with other veg-heads. There are mighty few here in " cow-country "

 

7. What kinds of (vegetarian) foods or cuisines interest you most?

We love all cuisines vegan foods, especially tex-mex because we eat a lot of

burritos, tacos, chalupas, beans, tortillas, etc. It's how we were raised. (Even

though Russell is from Houston and Ruthie was born in IOWA!) :-D

 

8. Is there anything you'd like to tell the group? We got married 3 weeks ago!
