Yum Met Mamuang Himaphan, Spicy Fried Cashew Nuts

 

3/4 lb cashew nuts

3 spring onions, sliced

3 serrano chiles, sliced

1/2 tsp salt

2 cups vegetable oil

 

Place the oil in a wok over medium heat. When the oil

is hot, add the cashews and fry until golden, then

remove and drain. Toss the cashews with the spring

onion,chile and salt. Serve and enjoy!

Thanks for this one!!! I've put it in the Files under Snacks etc. and thanks too

for the Indian-style lemonade recipe - it's under Potables ;=) Yummy!
