Saedric's Indonesian Seitan Skewers

These look wonderful - I wish I could get seitan - but perhaps I'll have to

start

making it - as a change from tofu. Can't get tempe either :=( But I'll go a long

way in order to try this recipe!!! Thanks a bunch ;=)

It's a great recipe that I made for years, although it was originally

a beef recipe. I converted it and tried it with Seitan, Tempeh, and

Tofu. Seitan was the best of the 3, but they were all good.

 

In regards to your other email, I will make sure that I post recipes

to the list.

 

Finally, I start a new career on Monday, and it will take up an

enormous amount of my time, so you probably won't hear from me all

that much. In fact, getting prepared for the new position has

prevented me from posting here as of late.
