Hello,

Did you guys hear about the lady who put anti-freeze in her

brother-in-laws smoothie, and killed him? She claimed that she

didn't want to kill him, only render him incapacitated so she could

take control of his finances. Apparently ahe and her husband, the

deceased's brother, were in bankruptcy and really needed the money.

So that got me to thinking, because I am sick that way, how much

snti-freeze renders one incapacitated and how much actually kills

you? I am fairy certain it has something to do with body weight.

Also why do we not share different smoothie recipes. What goes good

with anti-freeze in a smoothie?LOL Any way here is one of my

favorite smoothies. I eat differently than most people, I eat to

sustain life first, taste is secondary, but I happen to love all

manner of fruits and vegetables, but I put things in food based upon

need or what my body is telling me, so here is my favorite smoothie

Apple juice- because it is high in quercetin a powerful antioxidant,

pectin etc. Strengthens the lining of the lungs

Blueberries- not only do I like the taste, but they contain

anthocyanadins which strengthen blood vessels, preventing leakage,

and varicose veins, really good if you are female

Seeded grapes- I really love grapes with seeds in my smoothies,

because grape seeds contain an antioxidant that is 50 times stronger

than pycnogenol, or pine bark. I love the crunchiness in my

smoothies.

Pineapple= Contains bromelain which also strengthens the joints and

the connective tendons.

I think that this combination tastes very delicious. I would

love to hear what you like in a smoothie and why!! Sincerely MARK

Apple juice

Heh heh heh Well you might ask!!! Anti-freeze is used in the radiators of cars

in cold countries to prevent the water from freezing. I don't know how you say

it in Danish, but the Swedish (if that's helpful) is: frostskyddsvatska. Not at

all a

good idea to put in your husband's smoothie *lol*

Best,

gf

Anti-freeze or anti-freezer makes no difference to me. I thought it was some

american new-stuff that you add to drinks to prevent them from being too cold or

something.. What do I know... - except the fact that Americans - when it comes

to food - have a lot of ... eh.. weird stuff.

How come she used that stuff? Has she never heard of mushrooms? They are way too

hard to track.. hehe - eh.. I think

Savannah - who has seen far too many movies
