hi, andrew--

 

for a guy of your weight, that's about right. if you're trying to lose body

fat, either subtract 500 from that number, or up your activity level to 40%

(recommended). it's important to remember that everyone's body is different,

so you have to use the calorie recommendation as a baseline. your needs may

be slightly higher or lower.
