ISO: Mozza Sticks

I'm lazy, so I'm not going to find one for you, but there are lots of recipes on

the web for this. Try googling for " mozzarella stick recipe " , or even just

" mozzarella " . Bake 'em if you can, cause that's healthier.

 

Now, I will share with you my own personal method for making tasty gooey

mozzarealla cheese sticks:

 

1) Preheat oven to 425'.

2) Go to freezer; remove box of frozen mozzarella sticks.

3) Place on foiled cookie sheet and bake for 7 minutes.

4) Serve with ranch dressing!

 

See, I told you I was lazy!

Either fried or baked, whichever is available :) As

well, if anyone knows how/when then can be frozen, I

would appreciate that as well. I plan on making a nice

surprise dinner for hubby this weekend. Thanks in

Hi Tara. First of all let me just thank you for

posting so many lovely recipes to the group;

tha' was great. :)

i just recently stumbled across a recipe for

baked moz sticks... i think it was in the latest

issue of Quick Cooking magazine, but i am

going to have to go check. When i find it,

i will pass it along.
