Oakland, California herb store?

Can anyone recommend an herb store in Oakland that might carry bulk ma huang?

Perhaps it's available in Chinatown. The big herb companies aren't carrying it.

I'd also like to find some xi xin roots.

As of a few months ago, Draline Tong Herbs at 10th & Webster (Chinatown) carried

bulk mahuang. Not sure about xixin, but probably.

Mayway carries Ma huang raw conventional powder (not 5:1) in West Oakland

Any else? Spring wind carry Xi xin?
