Guest guest
Have you tried Lavender? My first experience with aromatherapy was when a colleague of mine saw that I had a bottle of cold water on my wrist during a meeting. She whispered to me about what the problem was, I showed her a burn I sustained from my curling iron. Quietly she handed me a small bottle of Lavender (Nature's Gift), and I proceeded to douse my arm. The room cleared, because I used too darn much, but I had instant and complete pain relief! An actual defining moment! Since then, it is my oil of choice for burns. I have used it on sunburn, and I didn't even peel! (I am very pale.) We had a radiation therapy patient that had severe oozing burns on her chest for weeks, and nothing that the Dr.'s prescribed helped. We told her to use lavender, and 5 days later, she came back to hug us with tears in her eyes, it was nearly gone! I used emu on it ASAP..now it's healing & the skin is hard around it and I need something to make it more comfortable..I bought some slippery elm and wild root to make a soap..can you think of anything that could help me get some relief? maybe other than this idea of making the soap? something easy and not so complicated? I need relief and nothing over the counter or prescription has helped would honey work to possibly wash the wound it?? there is no chance of an infection it's just tight, still tender around the edges..the worst burn I've ever had myself..Thanks so much--Robin **************It's only a deal if it's where you want to go.
