Guest guest
Alon, If you go back and read my post on Western herbal tonics you will see that Western herbalists don't even theorize that tonics add substance. They don't. Thomas >>>>>>Will, we can talk about the documentation of increased " blood volume " for example. If one uses the pulse, and increase in size of radial pulse can be due to many other factors for example. But my question is also about why you think the western tonics do not increase " substance. Guest guest
Alon, Maybe western tonic herbs do increase substance just not the substance you might think. Someone on here has mentioned, sorry I forgot who, the connection of western herbal tonics to increased digestive functioning. In one sense, their has to be an increase in various fluids (aka, substance) in order to fulfill this function. I think that focus, intention and therefore somantics are all a part of this. This elephant by all be one in the same and it matters not what you call the beast as long as you get results, western or Asian. Mike W.
