Guest guest
On May 22, the naturopathic doctor (ND) licensing bill in California passed on the Senate floor with a vote of 27-13. The bill now goes to the State Assembly for a vote. If passed, the bill would extend state licensure to clinically trained naturopathic doctors in California. See the California Association of Naturopathic Physicians' CANP Updates for the full story. -clipped from an email from Bastyr -Tim

This is to distinguish this group from mail order physicians who got their degrees with no clinical internship from schools like clayton. ND's are fully trained physicans who receive more western medical classroom training than MD's. However their internship is inadequate as is ours.
