After finally gotten all the tools, Wenlin, etc... I've started to do my

own study materials but I'm now faced with typing the actual words in. I

haven't found any on-line, electronic or scannable resources.

Does anyone have a list of the herbs and terms in Simplified Characters

and hopefully pinyin with tones in a GB format? If not does anyone want

to go into together and divide up the work? You take Zanfu, I'll do

herbs A-M, someone else do M-Z etc....?

Doug,

Check out these websites to start you along:

http://alternativehealing.org/chinese_herbs_dictionary.htm

http://www.herbasin.com/herb/allherb1.htm

http://www.e2121.com/fherb.html (this one is not as easy as the

others to use)

I think you will save yourself lots of trouble by doing a lot of copy

paste from these sites. I entered everything in Bensky's MM and FS, but

it took hours a week for the year of herbs & formulas... and wearing out

my eyes looking up characters in the little red Chinese dictionary. I

would have saved a lot of effort if they had the web pages above back

when I needed them...
