The Clinical Experience of Dr Shi Neng Yun

Is anyone familiar with the book 'The Clinical Experience of Dr Shi

Neng Yun'? From what I can tell Andrew Ellis translated and

published it in 1996, but I can't find any other information on it.

I'd like to know a few basics including whether it has pinyin (with

or without tone marks), if it uses Wiseman terminology (I assume it

does), if it includes the Chinese version used in the translation,

etc.
