At one end of the spectrum is a low THC, high fiber strain and at the other a low fiber, high THC strain. The existence of indica as a separate species is still debated by botanists, many who consider indica to be merely a variety of sativa and not a distinct species. And while smoking low THC hemp may be no fun, it is possible to selectively breed a low THC strain into a high THC strain over several generations of plants. I believe the position you espouse is a distortion of the facts that has been promulgated by hemp activists who want to legalize fiber production, yet allay any concerns that such crops have anything to do with marijuana. I am a strong proponent of hemp for fiber, oil, building materials, energy sources, etc. But I have never seen any evidence that supports your position, only political propaganda.
